After talking to other solar system providers and receiving a bid for the purchase and installation, I decided to go with Eric Martineau of Just Get Solar. When talking to the other providers, I still had questions and they were not able to properly answer my questions. But Eric was able to answer my questions very well.
I was concerned about having solar panels on the east side of my house and in my back yard. That conversation with Eric Martineau led to finally working on that project. Eric’s solution was to build a shed in the backyard for hold the solar panels on top and to remove one tree to eliminate shade.
Since the roots of that tree were lifting a concrete slab, and my wife and I wanted a shed, Eric’s solution worked great. And since I was able to get a 30% tax credit for the entire project, I saved 30% on the tree removal and the building of the shed that we both love.
